The Team

Design Duo

Partners in life and design, Principals, Lisa Banman and Jerry Banman bring their respective creative strengths to bear, all the while leading a team of fellow espresso-induced, design junkies. Both Lisa and Jerry are highly visible and intricately involved in all client projects.

Lisa Banman, Intern ARIDO, IDC – Principal – Creative Director

Lisa has shared her passion for modern design with clients in London and throughout South Western Ontario for the past fifteen years. As Professor of Interior Design for six of those years she has also shared her knowledge, convictions, and real-world experience with students of the Interior Design Program at Fanshawe College in London.

With award-winning spaces and the interior design of two Millionaire Lottery homes for the London Health Sciences Foundation in recent years, Lisa has clearly demonstrated her ability to design exceptional spaces. As Principal of Design she harnesses her convictions and intuitively, yet collaboratively works to craft unique design solutions. Her attention to detail and communicative style endear her to her clients, ensuring that the design process is as happy as the final result.

Jerry Banman – Principal – Business Development

Jerry draws on fifteen years of progressive management experience, most recently as a District Manager with Starbucks Coffee Canada, along with his core ability to create and implement systems and processes. Entrepreneurial, inquisitive and passionate about design, his knowledge quest knows no bounds. Curiosity may have killed the cat but it fuels Jerry’s inspiration and serves to reinforce his convictions.

As Principal Partner of ReDesign Jerry crafts the systems and structures that facilitate client comfort during all stages of the design process. A resource during the design phase, Jerry is visible primarily during initial client interactions.

Sheilagh Raynor, ARIDO, IDC – Senior Interior Designer

An NCIDQ certified Interior Designer with ten years of progressive interior design experience, Sheilagh has focused largely on commercial design to date. She brandishes a solid understanding of the built environment and an exceptional ability to connect with clients.

Immediately before joining ReDesign Sheilagh worked in the health care industry, designing hospital spaces of all shapes and sizes. Prior to that she focused on commercial office design. As Senior Designer at ReDesign Sheilagh drives the design process internally while acting as resource to junior members of the team.

The Studio

Little could be achieved without the diligent support and expertise in our studio. By expertly crafting SketchUp and AutoCAD drawings and fulfilling other client-centric duties, design concepts are deftly defined and communicated by designers with a common vision.
