How It Works

If you haven’t already, please get to know ReDesign by reviewing our online portfolio and profile.

To qualify for ReDesign Referral Rewards simply connect with us in one of the three following ways:

Then, to notify us that you have referred a potential client simply forward their name and the nature of their potential project by email here.

We will monitor and track back all active referrals and issue your referral rewards upon receipt of payment from the referred party (should they choose to work with us).

Please know that we will not contact the referrals that you send our way unless specifically asked and pre-approved to do so. We are simply requesting that you notify us of anyone who you have referred to us so that they will be linked to your referral account.

The Nitty Gritty

For you to be eligible to earn a ReDesign Referral Reward, the client you refer (the Prospect) must (i) have been referred by you to ReDesign, (ii) be a direct and first time customer of ReDesign, (iii) purchase design services valued at $1000 CAD or greater.  A Prospect that satisfies all of the above criteria shall be deemed to be a “Qualified Referral” and you will be eligible to receive a commission (“Reward”).

ReDesign Referral Rewards are calculated at 10% of the pre-tax amount of ReDesign design and contract management contracts paid in full by the referred client. Product sales or any other services provided by ReDesign do not qualify for ReDesign Referral Rewards.

ReDesign Referral Rewards are relationship-based and will be issued for initial and subsequent contracts paid in full by the referred client for a period of up to two (2) years after the initial referral date.

ReDesign in its sole discretion will determine the chronologically oldest dated referral in its possession and that referring party shall be entitled to receive the Reward.

Rewards will be reversed if a Prospect cancels their order (or a portion of their order) for unsatisfactory reasons, thus reversing their position as a “Qualified Referral”.

ReDesign will not collect the contact information of Prospects and contact will not be initiated by ReDesign unless specifically requested and pre-approved by the Prospect.

Referral rewards are a budgeted marketing expense that do not increase the rates of referred projects.

Program Disclaimer

Participation in the ReDesign Referral Rewards program is subject to any terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures that ReDesign may, at its discretion, modify or adopt from time-to-time.

ReDesign reserves the right to terminate the ReDesign Referral Rewards program or change the program rules, benefits, conditions of participation, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice. In the event of termination, you will be entitled to receive any and all Rewards accrued prior to the termination date.
